I worked with Casper to re-architect their web experience to support an expanding product line — including redesigning the core site navigation, and introducing new category-level pages. This project involved rethinking how customers navigate across the site, how they compare products, and ultimately how they enter the checkout flow — all in an effort to prepare the company to transition from one-off SKUs to a larger product ecosystem.

I also led a project to completely rework how reviews are used across the site experience to increase trust and drive conversion. I took this project through concepting, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery of responsive visual designs for implementation.
